Mentha is a plant better known to people as mint. It has an aromatic scent and tastes like menthol. It is used for stomach problems, indigestion, bloating and gallstones. It also serves as a mild sedative. It is used for inhalation in infections of the respiratory tract.
Pour 200 ml of boiling water over a teaspoon of mint leaves, cover for 5-10 minutes. Recommended consumption of 2-3 cups a day. Store in a dry and dark place.
